By placing an order through My Fashion Fits, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our focus is to ensure that every package reaches you safely, on time, and with minimal effort on your part, allowing you to enjoy your shopping experience from start to finish.  

Shipping Locations  

We aim to make our collections accessible to shoppers across the country. Currently, My Fashion Fits delivers to all pin codes within India, ensuring wide and reliable coverage for our customers.  

At this time, international shipping is not available. While we appreciate interest from outside India, deliveries are limited to domestic locations only. Any updates regarding expanded shipping regions will be shared on our website when available.  

Processing Time  

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it enters our processing stage. During this time, items are verified, packed, and prepared for dispatch.  

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details, allowing you to stay informed as your order moves forward.  

Delivery Timeline  

After dispatch, orders are handed over to our delivery partners for shipment. Standard delivery timelines usually range between 3 and 8 business days, depending on your location and local service availability.  

While we work closely with our courier partners to meet these timelines, delivery durations may vary due to external factors. We appreciate your patience during transit and strive to keep delays to a minimum.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

In certain situations, delivery may not be completed on the first attempt. This can occur due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package.  

If a delivery attempt fails, the shipment may be returned to our facility. To avoid delays, we recommend ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. For re-delivery assistance, you may contact our support team.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order arrives damaged, we ask that you notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Providing clear images of the damaged item and packaging will help us review the issue and take appropriate action.  

In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to confirm the status. Once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, based on the situation.
