Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

Sometimes plans shift soon after an order is placed, and we understand that a purchase may no longer feel right. To support this flexibility, we allow cancellations within a specific timeframe before the order begins its delivery journey.  

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order or before the shipment is dispatched, whichever occurs earlier. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the order will be cancelled smoothly without further obligations.  

If your order is successfully cancelled within this window, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.  

Orders Already Shipped  

There are times when a change of mind happens after an order has already been handed over to the delivery partner. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, as the package is already in transit.  

In such cases, you are not left without options. After receiving the product, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy to initiate a return, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned there. This ensures you still have a fair and structured way to manage your purchase.  

Order Modification  

Occasionally, customers realize that a small detail needs correction after placing an order, such as a product selection or delivery information. While we understand how this can happen, modifications are not supported once an order is confirmed.  

If your order is still within the eligible cancellation window, the best approach is to cancel it and place a fresh order with the correct details. This helps us maintain accuracy in order processing and ensures your items reach you without delays or errors.
